Charles G. Devine Jr. concentrates in civil litigation, including tort, business, contract and real estate law.  His extensive trial record includes trying civil cases on behalf both plaintiffs and defendants.  He formally was a trial team supervisor at McCormack & Epstein, an insurance defense firm located in Boston, MA.  Prior to that, he was an associate with Epstein, King& Isselbacher of Boston, MA.

He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School 1986.

Attorney Devine is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, American Trial Lawyers Association, is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and Massachusetts State Courts and is a member of Mensa.

Michael J. Barrows concentrates in real estate conveyancing, civil litigation, personal injury law, collection law, and probate law.  He was formerly in-house counsel with the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company in Quincy, MA where he specialized in insurance defense litigation.  Before that he was an associate at Lofton & Morton of Boston, MA.

He is a graduate of Syracuse University and received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1987.

Attorney Barrows is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Massachusetts State Courts, Florida State Courts and Rhode Island State Courts.

He formally served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association.  He is also a title insurance agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Georgia Patriakeas Devine concentrates on real estate law and conveyancing, civil litigation, employee benefits and ERISA and general business law.  She was formerly an assistant counsel for State Street Bank and Trust Company specializing in ERISA Law.  Prior to that, she was with the U.S. Department of Labor, Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration where she enforced ERISA and COBRA and was an associate counsel with Catanzaro, Effren & Herrick, P.C., Ashland, MA.

She is a graduate of Syracuse University and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1987.

A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the Women's Bar Association, Attorney Devine is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Massachusetts State Courts.
